年間家賃収入は３６００万円となり、現在は不動産賃貸経営のセミナー講師や不動産賃貸経営のコンサルティング、その他の投資案件の組成など幅広い活動を展開している。

最近話題の民泊ビジネスにも参入しており、民泊ビジネスのコミュニティも運営している。

不動産以外の収入の柱の構築にも注力しており、収入の柱は２０本を超え、年間１億以上の収入を得ている。

現在は学生・社会人問わず不動産リテラシーを正しく伝える活動にも尽力している。２００５年 明治大学商学部卒。
